WHERE STRATEGY MEETS THE FRONTLINE
This program focuses on building skills in defining a team mission, vision, critical objectives, and performance indicators to assess progress. It goes beyond theory — learning is applied in real time as participants build an actual team performance plan during the workshop.
It includes modules to build personal mastery skills to help frontline leaders maintain constructive behaviors when dealing with difficult, stressful situations and challenging employees. The program also builds communication skills — owning the message, planning for delivery, managing body language and tone, and presenting to small groups.
On the final day, participants present their completed team plan to peers and facilitators, receiving direct feedback on clarity and quality of presentation.
HOW IT'S delivered
Two delivery paths. Both built around one principle: every participant leaves with a real plan they immediately put to work. Manager involvement is required — not optional — making this one of the few programs where leadership alignment is built into the design.
We strongly recommend that the frontline leaders' managers attend a two-day version of the workshop first, so they're prepared to provide direction and support from day one.

Manager Alignment
This workshop requires support from the frontline leader's manager. Managers are strongly encouraged to attend a two-day version of the workshop first — so they understand what their leaders are building and can provide real direction and support from day one.

Unlike programs where learning sits in a binder, this workshop produces a live team performance plan. Participants engage their employees in developing team actions immediately upon return — the plan goes from the workshop into the workplace without delay.
