This program is designed to assist leaders at all levels to develop a mindset and skill set conducive to applying management techniques to improve their overall effectiveness in carrying out day-to-day supervisory activities.

The result? Improved employee accountability, deeper engagement, and a real embracing of standards. Special attention is given to building skills in conducting behavioral observations and delivering real-time, behavior-based feedback.

Program Format

HOW IT'S delivered

Two delivery paths — both built around maximum coaching impact for every participant. Class size is intentionally capped at 24 so trainers can provide real, personalized coaching throughout the three days.

Pre-work is not optional. Short interviews conducted before the program ensure participants arrive already engaged with real data from their own leadership reality.

Learning doesn't stop when the three days end. Daily post-course assignments for 4 weeks, plus structured follow-up sessions, embed the skills into day-to-day leadership practice.
